To see your appointments, open your clinic’s booking link — it’s on the clinic’s website — or the link in the most recent text or email from the clinic, and sign in with your date of birth and mobile number.
What might have happened

You followed a link from a text or email Links for a single appointment stop working once they’ve been used or have expired. Signing in shows the same appointment.

You used a saved or bookmarked page The patient portal has been updated and some older addresses no longer exist. Save your clinic’s booking page instead.

The address was typed or copied A missing or extra character is enough. Check it and try again.
